Error in SMs Donation - But the Money was sent

I dont know if you not understand me correctly, im uruguayan, sorry for my english.

The things is that, i send sms, and the money too, my celphone money down in the sms, but i dont receive the code.

Please help me, i went my credits, i send 3 sms, i think that i am writing some wrong, but not. the money down correctly.
